Bonjour et bienvenue au Circuit Paul Ricard !
Cette plateforme vous permet d'inscrire tous les participants à l'événement mentionné ci-dessus.
Une fois votre inscription validée, vous recevez un QR code à présenter aux agents de sécurité à l'entrée du circuit.
⚠️ Attention : une seule entrée par jour. Toute sortie est définitive. En cas d'imprévu, n'hésitez pas à vous rendre au poste de garde.
Chaque entrée inclut obligatoirement un repas.
Si l'option dîner a été choisie par l'organisateur, celle-ci reste facultative : vous pouvez réserver pour le ou les soirs souhaités en cochant la case correspondante.
Il est possible de réserver pour un groupe.
Toutes vos informations seront enregistrées sur votre code QR.
Le paiement s’effectue auprès de l’organisateur.
Accès circuit + déjeuner 30€HT/personne/jour :
- Mercredi 12 mars 12h-13h / 13h-14h
- Jeudi 13 mars 12h-13h / 13h-14h
Option diner 30€HT/personne/jour :
- Mardi 11 mars 19h-21h
- Mercredi 12 mars 19h-21h
- Jeudi 13 mars 19h-21h
Pour les pilotes seulement :
- Visualiser le briefing selon la configuration choisie par l’organisateur (mettre le lien des briefings)
- Compléter la décharge « mettre le lien de la décharge française »
- Présenter ce document lors du briefing en salle afin d'obtenir le bracelet d'accès à la piste (les informations sur le lieu et l'horaire du briefing doivent être confirmées auprès de l'organisateur).

Hello and welcome to Circuit Paul Ricard!
This platform enables you to register all participants for the above-mentioned event.
Once your registration has been validated, you will receive a QR code to present to the security guards at the entrance to the circuit.
⚠️ Please note : only one entry per day. All exits are final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please report to the security desk.
Each entry includes a meal.
If the dinner option has been chosen by the organizer, it remains optional: you can reserve for the evening(s) you wish by ticking the corresponding box.
Group reservations are also possible.
All your details will be recorded on your QR code.
Payment is made to the organizer.
Access to circuit + lunch buffet 30€HT/person/day :
- Wednesday, 12th March 12pm-1pm / 1pm-2pm
- Thursday, 13th March 12pm-1pm / 1pm-2pm
Option : Dinner buffet 30€HT/person/day :
- Tuesday, 11th March 7pm-9pm
- Wednesday, 12th March 7pm-9pm
- Thursday, 13th March 7pm-9pm
Only for drivers :
- View the briefing according to the configuration chosen by the organizer (mettre le lien des briefings)
- Fill in the waiver « mettre le lien de la décharge anglais »
- Present this document at the indoor briefing to obtain the track access wristband (information on briefing time and place must be confirmed with the organizer).
